Join the EBD Central California installer network and help improve energy efficiency and comfort for residents in single-family homes across the region.
As an EBD enrolled contractor or installer, you would have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential building types in Central California and to deliver home energy upgrades that include heating and cooling, insulation and air sealing, appliances and water heating, lighting and indoor air quality improvements, and electrical wiring.

The EBD Program in the Central Region is administered by the Center for Sustainable Energy with Franklin Energy providing home energy assessments and leading the installation of energy-efficient electric appliances and equipment for low-income households.

The contractors listed below are enrolled to support the Equitable Building Decarbonization Program and may be available to perform eligible program work.
Inclusion on this list does not indicate a ranking, preference, or endorsement. Service areas, availability, qualifications and, scopes of work may vary by contractor. Project assignments and contractor participation are subject to program requirements, customer eligibility, contractor availability, and program capacity.
This list may be updated periodically as contractors are added or removed or as their information changes.
Skilled and Trained Workforce: Complies with Public Contract Code section 2600 et seq.
Local Contractor: Based in the community or county where the work will occur.
Small Business / DVBE: Certified small business or disabled veteran business enterprise.
Apprenticeship Program: Participates in a relevant state-approved apprenticeship program.
Targeted Hiring: Uses strategies to employ residents of under-resourced, tribal, or low-income communities or individuals with barriers to employment.
